Our menu is crafted by Executive Chef and three-time winner Best Chef (Sacramento Magazine 2005, 2006, 2007) Kurt Spataro and features housemade pasta, grilled steaks and chops, and fresh seafood. We believe in utilizing local produce from the rich and fertile lands of the California Central Valley in order to create fresh and seasonal dishes, which you can see being made in our state-of-the-art exhibition kitchen.
